Speaker 1: What’s going on, YouTube family, YouTube viewers, YouTube people? Today, we’re talking about, do you have to use a real estate agent to sell your house?
All right. Let’s jump right into it guys. And today, we’re talking about, do you have to use a real estate agent to sell your house? And no, you don’t. That’s the quick answer. That’s our video for today. Hit the like, subscribe button comment. I’m just kidding guys. So no, you don’t have to use a real estate agent to sell your house. There are certain situations where it’s probably best to use a real estate agent, because you’ll get top dollar by having your home shopped, and put on the market, and the MLS, and getting multiple viewers to look at it. That’s typically for houses though, that are in great condition. They don’t need any work. There’s no tenants inside of it. They’re move-in ready. Those situations are typically best to use a real estate agent. If you’ve got the time to wait for it to sell and it’s in great condition, use an agent.
However, if life is a little bit difficult or different for you, and you either need to sell quickly, you need to sell a house that’s vacant or in bad condition, you need to, for whatever reason, get out of a troubled property, there’s tenants in it that have ruined it, or you’re tired of dealing with vacancies, and you want to sell a house, a realtor may not be the best option for you. Or a real estate agent, I should say. So it depends on your situation. If you’re thinking about it and you have some questions, you can always call us at Windmill Valley Properties and then reach out to an agent. Most of us will have an agent friend, ask them. They’re always going to say yes, I’m sure, but there’s a couple of them that should shoot you straight. But yeah, if you guys have any questions or comments, leave those below. Hit the like button.
